Outstanding. This version is as good as, if not better than the original. Annie’s vocals are sublime. I actually used Media Converter to download an audio version so I can listen to it anytime, anywhere.
This is great, I love record club ! As far as worth while content on the interwebs these reworkings are so much better then all the stupid porn pardoies that are being made. I CAN’T WAIT to hear ‘need you tonight’ & ‘never tear us apart’. I was 12 when this record first came out and MTV and the radio murdered these songs with overplay. It’s so cool to hear/see this record being done this way. Thanks Beck & co. It would be rad to see Beck and Hank 3 do a record club, what record would be reworked ?
ACK! I almost never love covers or reinventing classics, but “Guns In The Sky” melted my face…I am a huge INXS fan…they were such a big part of my youth, “New Sensation” is great too…SO intrigued for songs like “Mediate” & one of the best love songs “Never Tear Us Apart.” !!! But please, please tell me how I can download these versions??? Pretty please?
